As the Founder & Managing Director of Silver Swan Recruitment I am obsessed with staying competitive in a typically saturated market. I have always been interested in innovation as a whole but specifically how we can use technology to improve our service offering to our clients and our candidates alike.
I spend a lot of time analysing the people visiting our website and when it became clear that 80% of visitors on our website, a lot of whom are candidates looking at our vacancies, I immediately know that we had to do something to make it easier for candidates browsing and applying to our roles.
So we started to develop Palm Platform.
Palm Platform was never designed to be a piece of software that we would offer to other recruitment agencies. It was designed for the sole purpose of enhancing our candidate experience, I wanted a tool that they would find really easy to use and would encourage more candidates who are browsing to submit applications.
